Quantitative Research Consultant - Major Auto brands!

Job description

Join a thriving consumer insights consultancy that helps businesses make better decisions. A small, passionate team who have deep relationships and spend weekly time on-site, as an extension of their client’s in-house insight’s teams!
You will enjoy the variety of projects such as brand strategy, market sizing, U&A, choice modelling, customer experience, segmentation, journey mapping, demand forecasting, and advertising development. All within the specialism of the automotive sector working with major car brands.
You’ll also love the strong focus on training, flexible working, performance-based bonus up to 10% and 4-week’s annual leave in additional to an office shut down between Christmas and new year.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a capable quantitative researcher, with at least ideally c3 years + consumer research agency experience so you understand the entire research project lifecycle from proposal to presentations.
Your strengths will be in survey design, research project management, data analysis, reporting and crafting compelling presentations that help clients make informed decisions.
You’ll enjoy building relationships with clients. Taking time to understand their business and needs and helping them to solve problems with a detailed, responsive, and attentive approach to client servicing.
You’ll be very numeric and analytically minded. Able to dive into different data sets (often survey data) and pull out the story. Comfortable with stats packages like SPSS or Q and ideally survey scripting tools like Qualtrics.
