Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client relationships that thrive and endure

  • Define key business challenges and shape quantitative research studies

  • Immerse yourself in client’s business to establish a credible base of knowledge

  • Conduct quant research that is sharp, smart, pragmatic and commercial

  • Share ideas to develop industry leading techniques

  • Demonstrate passion for ongoing learning and developing junior colleagues

  • Sharing and caring for the development of the company team, culture and ways of working

  Desirable skills:

  • Experience of ad hoc and continuous quantitative research projects

  • A skilled research practitioner with experience in developing surveys, project management, analysing and integrating data (SPSS/Q)

  • A strategic mindset and an understanding of how to develop actionable insights that provide clients with business solutions and opportunities.

  • A positive energy and enthusiasm to be part of a vibrant, diverse and inclusive culture
