Quantitative Insights Consultant - Top Industry Training

Job description

Join an award-winning strategic insights consultancy and see your career leap forwards as you solve complex marketing problems for high profile clients in telcos, fmcg, finance, healthcare, retail, and social/government.
With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, this brilliant boutique is stepping into a new, exciting period of growth and are therefore on the lookout for top talent at the Consultant level (c2-3years experience) to join their team!
Projects here are an eclectic mix, and you’d be pushed to find a more forward-thinking, future focused team. Their approach to problem-solving is brief-led, not methodology-led, meaning they work on tailored strategic ad-hoc projects and are always looking for new methods, new approaches, and fresh thinking. Projects might include (but may not be limited to) brand health, pricing architecture, segmentation, advertising effectiveness, customer experience, U&A's, comms testing, innovation, and new product development.

What they’re looking for:
  • Researchers/Consultants with prior experience running quantitative or dualist research projects from briefing to client presentation
  • A keen interest in brands and consumer behaviour
  • A strategic mindset and constant curiosity
  • Problem solvers who love understanding the why, why and what's next
  • Technical capabilities with analytical packages such as Excel, Q, SPSS, SQL, R
  • Collaborative team players
  • Exceptional communication skills
Brilliant salaries and fantastic perks (socials, flexible working, 2 lucrative bonus pools, designer office, training schemes, additional holidays etc) as well as unrivalled industry progression will be on offer for the right candidate.
