The Role
Thanks to continued success the Melbourne team are on the lookout for a quantitative researcher/strategist with an appetite for learning, experimenting, and pushing boundaries in the space of consumer and cultural insights.
This is an consulting role through and through. With genuine opportunities to develop your skills across AI, behavioural interventions and cultural insights.
Key Responsibilities:
You love diving into new ideas and exploring different cultures. You’re passionate about talking to
people, observing, and developing a deep contextual understanding of behaviour and motivation.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working across a constant flow of projects and clients.
Must haves:
Around 3-5 years’ experience in a full-service primary research role – agency side.
A keen interest in consumer behaviour
Extensive experience in quantitative research methods
Vibrant, energetic, excitable curiosity in the world and people
Interested in technology and open to embracing new ideas and ways of working
A lover of collaboration and the ability to work in agile way across other expert teams

- Unpacking client problems and designing research frameworks using quantitative methodologies Synthesising, analysing and contextualising data
- Delivering impactful strategies in creative, inspiring stories.
- Writing trend blogs and thought pieces detailing the changing culture of consumers and brands
- Spotting opportunities to evolve client’s thinking and your own across new methods and technologies
- Helping to train, mentor and support junior staff
