We’re searching for a senior quantitative researcher to join one of Sydney’s finest boutique customer insights consultancies. The opportunity is to work alongside an incredible, seasoned Director as 2IC in the leadership of a cross-functional team of quanty, problem solvers.
Playing a senior role in a small company, you’ll be able to contribute in a meaningful way to the growth and strategic direction of your team, and the business.

Your role
As Associate Director, you'll be at the forefront of their quantitative research efforts, guiding projects from proposal to presentation with finesse and expertise. Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Cultivation strong relationships with leading clients across diverse sector, ensuring a steady flow of engaging projects.
  • Expertly unpacking client problems and designing bespoke research solutions across Customer Segmentation, Conjoint, Drivers of Advocacy, Brand Positioning, Customer Acquisition and Churn, Pricing Strategy, Demand Forecasting and more.
  • Effectively managing a team of talented consultants, providing mentoring and setting expectations around deliverables, timelines
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
About You:
Are you ready to step into the spotlight and showcase your quant skills? Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Relevant university qualification with a high standard of result
  • c8+ years in market research
  • Experience in tools like Q, SPSS.
  • Confidence in applying a range of bespoke quant methodologies.
  • A strategic mindset, ability to translate sophisticated analysis in to clear strategic roadmaps.
  • An engaging personality able to confidently build long-lasting relationships.
