Harnessing Culture + Behaviour + Technology
  
We’re looking for a passionate insights-led strategist with brilliant quantitative data skills. Able to stitch together insights + ideas to craft strategy and tell inspiring stories.
  
Working closely with the Quant Strategy Director, you will work in an agile way with the other expert teams on intriguing marketing and business challenges.
  
You totally buy in to the idea that to truly understand what’s important to people you must explore culture (attitudes, beliefs, values, motivations) and behaviour (subconscious drivers unearthed by behavioural economics theories). The icing on the cake is bring tech-enabled so you can use machine learning to mine digital data at scale!
  
Project examples include: Brand (positioning, CVP and communications). Innovation (NPD, experience and journey mapping). Audience understanding (U&A and segmentations). For a mega client list of Arts, Sport, Entertainment, FMCG, Retail, Banking and Tech clients.
  
Role responsibilities:
  • Client facing role – building rapport and understand business
  • Help to unpack client problems and design quantitative research frameworks
  • Quantitative ad hoc work – design frameworks, survey design and quant data analysis
  • Get involved and learn about cultural insights, behavioural theory and big data
  • Synthesising, analysing and contextualising data
  • Helping to create impactful strategies in creative, meaningful and inspiring narratives
 Our Ideal Profile:
  • c4+ years’ quantitative experience at a strategic insights agency essential
  • Experience of primary ad hoc quant in a full-service (proposal to preso) role
  • Client ready – confident and capable in front of clients
  • Strong technical/stats skills – Q (R would be icing)
  • Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
  • A keen interest in consumer behaviour
  • Vibrant, energetic, excitable curiosity in the world and people
  • Passionate about using insights to create amazing marketing, brand, innovation and experience outcomes.
