£55,000 - £75,000 DOE + benefits

This innovative and highly successful brand transformation agency is on the lookout for a strategically minded qualitative researcher (Associate Director or Research Director level) to join their growing team.

Focused on consumer insight, branding, innovation, and communications, you will work across a huge range of fascinating international projects from strategic and long-term innovation through to NPD, service innovation, brand, portfolio and category innovation and commercial big growth idea innovation. Remaining hands on throughout projects, you will help to win, run, and deliver big impact pieces for both established and new clients, generating insight using qualitative methods (focus groups, communities, co-creations, immersions), ultimately translating this insight into ideas and strategic directions for clients. You will also constantly work closely with quantitative researchers, strategists, and designers, collaborating on both insight generation and project delivery/strategy.

Working across a host of consumer sectors (fmcg, retail, beauty, spirt, household goods) you will play a key part in driving the development of creatively strategic branding solutions, both as part of a passionate team and in a position of leadership. A high achiever who has propelled through the ranks in a research boutique/brand consultancy or within a creative role in a larger market research agency; you will be an insight and strategy expert with experience running qualitative research processes inclusive of proposal writing, discussion guides, focus groups/co-creation/workshops, analysis, and end delivery.  You will be fascinated by different cultures; you love working internationally and have a flare for storytelling with an ability to write compelling brand stories. Equally important is vast exposure to innovation research projects and outstanding communication, client management and leadership abilities.

This brilliant agency is based in a lovely town in Southeast England with great transport links to Central/SW London, but they are happy for candidates to be based mostly remotely (with occasional travel to the office) and will also consider those looking for a 4-day week.
