Are you an experienced qualitative researcher ready to take on complex, high-profile projects that truly make an impact? We’re looking for a sharp, resilient, and collaborative researcher to join a leading social and government insights consultancy.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to join a close-knit, high-performing qualitative team that works on some of the most meaningful and challenging research in Australia. From policy evaluation to communications research, you’ll be involved end-to-end – designing studies, moderating groups and depths, analysing findings, and telling stories that influence decision-makers.

We’re looking for someone with 2–5 years’ qualitative research experience (agency, consultancy, or applied) who is comfortable working at pace, juggling multiple priorities, and maintaining high standards under pressure. Moderation skills are key and experience running both groups and depth interviews will be highly valued.
