Operations Manager - Leading Insights Consultancy

Unique operations role to sit in a central business role supporting & enhancing core operational efficiencies at an award-winning strategic insights consultancy.
  
You will oversee daily operations of the business, determining the resources required to deliver the work and find efficiencies through technology and process improvement.
  
This is a fascinating opportunity to work very closely with the senior leadership team to oversee and evolve company policies and procedural efficiencies, to drive performance and employee experience.
  
Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and bring about change through stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Instil a best practice mentality, coaching teams in processes and systems
  • Oversee and lead all privacy and data security policies and requirements.
  • Manage ISO certifications and ongoing compliance including training, internal and external documents and audits
  • Manage all policies related to OH&S.
  • Support tender and panel administration including adding content to proposals and quarterly reporting
  • Working at part of the leadership team to promote team cohesion, well-being and culture.

What are we looking for?
  
A champion of process! You’ll get kicks out of operational efficiencies and putting clear, well communicated systems and policies in place.
  
A strong collaborator able to understand the business mechanics and continually evaluate the systems needed and in place.
  
You need experience in the market research industry with a good understanding of the research cycle and therefore the building blocks that make up the processes, accreditations and data security required.
  
You’ll be a strong communicator with a proven track record of coming up with effective and timely solutions through facilitation conversations between different stakeholders.
