Marketing Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a talented marketing specialist to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing, preferably with a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. The role requires 2-3 years of experience, including proficiency in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution. You will work with a small team and be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. This position offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility, with three days in the office in Barangaroo and two days working from home.
  
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  
You will be working on a range of marketing and content creation initiatives. Specific duties and responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support business objectives
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content across various platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Assist in creating compelling visual content using tools like Canva for social media, websites and marketing materials
  • Write and edit marketing copy and other promotional materials
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Assist with the organisation of events
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Essential skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related
  • 2 - 3 years experience in marketing or a similar industry
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation
  • Experience in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
