Insight Manager – Leading Brands – CX / Brand

£33,000 - £37,000 + Bens – London / Hybrid working

Need a fresh challenge to ensure your professional development is on track and your career remains on the up? As an Insight Manager, you will be joining this research consultancy’s dedicated Brand and CX focused team. They work with a range of high profile brands within this team and the trackers are bespoke to each client. The team are experts when it comes to:

  • Building a deep understanding of customers needs

  • Helping brands identify when to act and identifying issues early

  • Supporting the delivery and optimisation of initiatives

  • Monitoring and evaluating impact

At this level, it’s expected you will get involved in supporting across the project life cycle including design, project management, analysis and insight delivery. Importantly, you’ll have a real passion for delivering value to your clients and be keen to develop your career within CX and Brand. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, you’ll be well versed in building strong client relationships and delivering to the highest standards.
