- Source agnostic and comfortable formulating insight and strategy from inputs such as qual, quant, culture, and behavioural economics.
- Confident with all aspects of the project cycle, from proposal to research design and delivery
- Able to connect the dots, unafraid to question the norm
- Fanatical about delivering high-quality work but can tread the line between perfectionist and pragmatist.
- Have excellent knowledge of insights covering numerous ad-hoc and tracking projects, including tracking, usage and attitude, brand and communication development and testing, innovation, and NPD.
- At home, both behind the tools and in the boardroom.
- Experienced in growing long-lasting relationships that deliver the best value to both parties with commercial and social clients.
- Team-focused and passionate about mentoring and knowledge sharing across the business, you view collective success as your success.
