Client Service Executive - Consumer Trends & Intelligence

They are currently looking to hire a Client Service Executive to help manage a key portfolio of FMCG manufacturers and retailers. The role of a Client Service Executive is to ensure that the client gets the most from the reports and consultancy services they purchase, with high levels of client satisfaction being the end game. Satisfaction leads to renewed subscriptions and a primary driver of this is understanding. Client Service Executives in this business take the time to get to know their client's key business issues and challenges. Powered with this understanding, and combined with strong sector know-how they add value to clients advising them on the most effective service mix.

Key requirements:
- Some experience working in a client-facing role and a natural ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
- 1+ years experience within the information, intelligence, research or category insights gained either agency or clientside
- An all over of the FMCG sector
- Fantastic communication skills
- A persuasive manner
- A commercial outlook
