The Role
  
As the newest Director you will be trusted to maintain an intimate understanding of the client’s challenges and objectives and offer regular actionable recommendations. You will lead a small, highly passionate team, ensuring they feel motivated and supported to achieve their career goals.
  
Day to day you will provide strategic advice to the client, particularly with regards to NPS measurement. You will stay up to date with the market and have oversight of all project deliverables. You will monitor your team and collaborate with other teams and senior leaders within the business to share knowledge and best practice.
  
Your leadership will drive innovation, foster collaboration, and ultimately elevate the company's reputation as a thought leader in the financial services sector.
  
About you
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a research agency or insights division of a financial services company in Australia
  
- CX and NPS experience. You need to be able to talk to NPS, the drivers, how to turn the dial
  
- Strong interest in global financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory landscapes
  
- Exceptional stakeholder management. Ability to build lasting relationships and advise and consult around NPS metrics and how best to leverage the data
  
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
  
- Excellent gravitas, communication and interpersonal skills
