Associate Director - Qualitative Behavioural Strategy

As the business continues to grow, they are excited for an Associate Director to join their growing Behavioural Insights division. It’s a unique proposition as it straddles social and commercial research, qualitative and quantitative thinking and a boutique agency culture with a global brand and communications agency.
  
As an Associate Director, you’ll have real clout with clients, who will see you as a trusted advisor from pitch to final presentation and delivery.
  
We’re looking to speak with strategic thinkers that go beyond the obvious and can translate complex data and information into recommendations that shape growth.
  
Managing projects end-to-end, your key responsibilities will encompass:
  • Facilitating conversations with clients to understand their problems deeply
  • Designing research proposals
  • Facilitating qualitative and quantitative fieldwork
  • Translating data into insights, and insights into actionable recommendations
  • Delivering reports and presentations that shape behaviour change
    Mentor and inspire junior members of the team to share your wisdom and passion in behavioural economics  
This role has a qualitative leaning, so it’s essential that you have prior agency experience and are skilled in facilitating focus groups, IDIs, workshops, observations, ethnography and online communities.
  
Whilst we’re not expecting you to be a Behavioural Economics expert, it would be brilliant if you have a solid understanding of behavioural methodologies – Nudging, heuristics, RCTs, intervention design, coupled with a bachelor’s in psychology, sociology, or marketing.
