The role: Analyst / Survey Programmer
Expert at translating complex data into actionable insights, the Sydney division has an opening for an Analyst / Survey Programmer to join them, leading a prestigious CX for major financial institutions' clients.
You’ll have overarching responsibility for leading all technical elements of the projects, such as:
  • scripting surveys and fieldwork management of large CX and VoC programs
  • Dashboard development/management
  • Data manipulation
  • Implementation and automation processes
  • End-to-end project management
  • Scoping and advising technical feasibility
  • Dealing with complex data sets and technical reporting
Technical consultants are client-facing within this agency – it’s not a back-office role; clients will turn to you to translate complex data and concepts into simple language and recommendations that can be distilled and digested by stakeholders across all levels.
We’re looking to speak with technical consultants/analysts/ survey programmers with prior experience in market research, operations, data processing or insights.
It’s essential that you have proven technical capabilities with statistical and survey packages such as SPSS, Tableau, Confirmit, Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML or other highly regarded languages.
