The Role
This role suits someone with 2–4 years’ experience in market research, insights, or consulting who’s ready to take that next leap.
You’ll work closely with senior experts across commercial strategy, technical excellence, and business development, giving you exposure to high-calibre mentoring and the chance to master your craft.
You’ll be helping clients across a variety of sectors (automotive, technology and fintech, financial services, health, and government) to answer the big-picture questions. From there, you’ll help shape the research approach and deliver insights that drive decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end research projects
- Building and developing client relationships
- Quantitative analysis, interpretation and reporting (Q experience ideal)
- Supporting proposals, scopes and growth within existing accounts
- Ensuring outputs are high-quality, strategic and actionable
- Working across mixed-method projects (qual experience a bonus)
- Strong quantitative foundations. You are comfortable with survey design, data interpretation, and hands-on analysis.
- A quality-driven mindset with pride in delivering great work.
- Curiosity, commercial awareness, and a proactive, growth-oriented attitude.
- Someone who wants to be coached into a trusted advisor.
- Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-moving, future-focused environment.
- An early adopter of AI or someone who is excited to embrace AI tools in a responsible and strategic way.
