A rare and exciting opportunity to join the ANZ team of one of the world’s leading market intelligence agencies and get up close and personal with famous food & drink brands!
  
Our client has the biggest database of new produce launches in the world and the ability to offer brands a full 360 view of the consumer purchase journey. They provide data services and analytics tools so clients know where they sit against their competitors, which areas to innovate and which products to launch in what markets tomorrow, offering a unique perspective on the future of the consumer landscape and a clear roadmap to navigate it with.
  
You will be joining a growing team of Account Managers across ANZ. Although most of your clients will be in NZ and Australia, many of them have an international reach and require global insights, therefore you will see great variety in your daily tasks and interact with colleagues and suppliers across the world! 
  
Key responsibilities:
  • Help manage a portfolio of top-tier, multi-national FMCG accounts
  • Become an expert on a suite of research products
  • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and achieve their brand/business objectives
  • Spot opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell consultancy and longer-term subscription services

About you:
  • Client centric: You will want to understand your clients, know their businesses inside out from strategic objectives to organisational structures.
  • Commercially-curious: You have a strong interest in growing your commercial skills and see yourself being motivated by selling client centric solutions.
  • Self-Directed: You don’t wait around to be told what to do, you take initiative to solve problems and uncover opportunities, and you are happy to take ownership and accountability for the success of your work and client portfolio.
  • Naturally curious: You are naturally inquisitive and you’ll learn the art of asking open ended questions to help you get to the heart of clients’ challenges and goals.
