Due to client growth, they are looking for a Senior Account Director to join their Sydney division:
This role will see you having ownership for managing client accounts (local and international), leading projects from initial kick-off to final presentation, generating insights, consulting, and mentoring junior members of the team. Partnering with the founders of the agency, you’ll have exposure and a genuine opportunity to be part of the success.
Working across interesting sectors, including retail, services, aged care, FMCG and social & government, you’ll advise on Brand Positioning & Communications, Customer Engagement, Corporate Reputation, and New Product and Services Development.
Innovation is key in this agency – they campion new ways of working, tools and techniques. They work on predominately ad-hoc projects and strive to be agile, nimble and flexible in their approach.
The ideal candidate profile:
  • A commercially minded quantitative research specialist who challenges thinking
  • You take pride in delivering an exceptional and highly personal service and build genuine and lasting client relationships
  • You have a natural ability to turn complex and large data in to clear and concise recommendations
  • You have strong technical skills – Q, SPSS and excel
  • You’re a big picture thinker, questioning the ‘why’ and diving deeper to ensure that you are giving your clients the tools and recommendations that will enable them to see genuine success.
