Account Director - Brand & Communications Research

Job description

This market research group started life in the heart of ‘Ad’ land in London as an independent insight and planning shop and continued success has seen them grow to be a significant player on the world stage. Experts in brand and communications research they solve communication, business, strategy and growth challenges for their clients across commercial and government clients. They help craft brand messages that count!
  
They aim to produce intelligent research. Research that is action-orientated and that puts the client at its centre. As researchers, they approach problem-solving with creativity, common sense, experience and energy.
  
They are currently looking to hire an Account Director who is looking to increase their client responsibility. 
  
Joining a small team, that works across an exciting mix of social/gov and commercial clients, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end delivery of studies.
  
You will have responsibilities across all stages of a project and will play a role in directing the more junior team.
  
Skills for success:
  • 5+ years of market research and insights experience, preferably at a management or brand consultancy or market research agency
  • Strong client management skills and an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Effective delegation and project management skills and the agility to work with competing demands
  • Able to transform information into insights and business strategies
  • Strong analytical, interpretation, and writing skills
