​Our Chairman Steve is very much “hands on” in the business and is our go-to for all matters operational, financial and strategic. Steve has been in the recruitment industry since the early years of his career and has helped build Resources Group to be THE global talent agency for the MR sector.    

Steve’s life outside work includes as much as possible of:

  • Music: playing it (as bassist with the Surrey Pumas band), collecting it (all genres and all media) and listening to it (either at gigs and concerts or just very loud in the car)

  • Travel: to anywhere in the world with culture, history, scenery and maybe some sun
