Technical Consultant - CX and VoC

Expert at translating complex data into actionable insights, as a Technical Analytics Consultant, you’ll take the lead on: 
  
  • Scripting and fieldwork management of large CX and VoC programs
  • Designing dashboards
  • Implementation and automation processes
  • End-to-end project management
  • Scoping and advising technical feasibility
  • Insight generation and technical reporting
  • Dealing with complex data sets
  • Supporting client servicing consultants see the story behind the data
What we’re ideally looking for:
  
  • Previous experience in research, operations, data processing or analytics
  • Survey scripting, data processing and fieldwork management 
  • Dashboarding experience
  • Confidence in dealing with complex data sets
  • Problem solvers with an eye for detail
  • Technical experience with statistical and programming packages such as SPSS, Tableau, Reportal and Confirmit
