Strategic Insights Consultant - Tier1 client - FMCG, Retail& Services.

As an Insights Consultant with a background in consumer research, you’ll apply research skills, creativity and commercial nous to multifaceted commercial problems that have a real-world impact.
  
By understanding and representing the voice of the customer, you will create clarity so businesses can make courageous decisions such as: how to minimise waste, deliver products that resonate, create valuable community services, shape compelling communication strategy and design the culturally relevant brands of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confidently partaking in client conversations, understanding problems, and creating strong relationships
  • Helping to create compelling proposals and research programs.
  • Designing research for: pricing choice models, product development, concept development and brand & communication research
  • Strong project management and communication skills through project set-up and data collection
  • Analysing and synthesising data sets to uncover crucial consumer insights.
  • Producing regular reports, presentations and strategic roadmaps to clients to inspire action
  • Getting involved with industry events to build your professional brand and represent the agency
Required & Desirable skills:
  • Previous market research agency experience – essential.
  • Experienced in quantitative survey design
  • Experience of stats packages like SPSS/Q
  • An interested in qualitative research methods.
  • Passionate about culture, behaviour and research technology
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines and priorities with flair!
