Senior Strategy Consultant (Qualitative) - Brand, Experience & Innovation

Role responsibilities:
  • Be a key point of contact for clients – building strategic relationships
  • Enjoy a range of Government & Commercial clients
  • Unpack client problems by investigating culture and behaviour
  • Leverage special technology to mine larger data sets
  • Manage the entire consulting lifecycle – research design, experimentation, data analysis, data synthesis
  • Employ qualitative consumer engagement techniques – groups, workshops, ethnography, social media etc
  • Uncovering evidence-based insights and take a lead on delivering story-led presentations
  • All the way through to design and application of strategy
 Who are you?
  • Previous experience working in insights-led strategy – market research/brand strategy/planning etc.
  • Demonstrated experience of qualitative research methodologies essential
  • You can think analytically, creatively, and laterally all at once
  • You are deeply passionate about cultural insights, behavioural science and love learning
  • You enjoy a varied role tackling problems such as: brand strategy & communications, product experience and service design, decoding society at scale, illuminating people and tribes.
