Project types are very varied – brand, segmentations, CX, ad testing, segmentation, U&As, journey mapping, innovation and more! The current opening is across a client portfolio boasting Australia's biggest brands in: FMCG, Retail, Services, Fintech clients.
Key responsibilities:
  • Champion amazing client relationships
  • Bring gold standard thinking to quantitative briefs, with some qual.
  • Leverage quant data to tell consumer behavioural stories
  • Visualise data in sophisticated and creative ways to back your narrative
  • Smash it at client presentations that are tailored to client objectives
  • Show up with an owner’s mindset to take great pride in yours and the team’s successes
  • Show a real curiosity for the way people think, feel and act as a consumer.
  • Get involved in plenty of interesting and meaningful B-Corp and cultural initiatives
  
Desired candidates profile:
  • 4/5+ years’ experience in customised, consumer insights 
  • Prior full-service, strategic insights agency experience 
  • Quantitative expertise
  • Strong data/analytical skills and knowledge of stats packages – SPSS/Q etc
  • Critical thinking – able to join the dots!
  • Presenting – you’ll love inspiring clients to action
  • Client management – a natural people person
  • Building towards AD level – a leader of people, projects, pipeline and strategy.
