What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design and delivery of high-impact quantitative research across FMCG, retail, and shopper categories.
  • Apply advanced methods including segmentation, pricing, concept testing, pack optimisation and brand tracking.
  • Partner with qual specialists on mixed-method studies. Around 90% of projects blend qual + quant.
  • Turn complex data into compelling insights, visually sharp storytelling and strategic recommendations.
  • Balance quick-turn ad-hoc briefs with deeper, long-term strategic programs.
What You’ll Bring
  • Solid experience in quantitative research or consumer insights (agency or client-side).
  • Technical confidence with tools such as SPSS, Q, R, Python (or similar).
  • A natural communicator who can translate data into narratives that land with senior stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, creativity and a passion for people, brands and culture.
  • A collaborative mindset that thrives in an entrepreneurial, high-energy environment.

  • 2–4 years’ experience in quantitative research, ideally in an agency setting.
