Senior Consultant-Strategic Boutique (Social Impact, Employee Engagement, Brand)

The Role
You will be working across an eclectic and exciting mix of projects from brief to presentation for clients in a range of fascinating industries. Projects will predominantly be quantitative and customised with the occasional tracker and some qualitative methods. Some examples of the types of projects you could be involved with include:
Social impact and usage and attitude research on the impact of gym closures during Covid 19
Employee engagement and franchise satisfaction study for a leading personal training group
Optimising growth strategy for a well-known home building business

About you
You will have several years’ experience running full service quantitative projects in an agency environment. You love being hands on with data, working on tricky bespoke problems and building consultative, trusted relationships with clients. You will identify with the company’s values of empowerment, giving, community, wellbeing, and connection. Experience using Q for analysis is desirable and strong skills in presenting compelling insights stories to clients is a must!
