Senior Consultant / Account Director - Consumer Research
Job description
We’re looking for a quantitative (or dualist) researcher to join one of Sydney’s most agile and strategic boutique research agencies!

Working closely with the agency founder, you’ll have the opportunity to take on a leadership role and shape the future of the business while delivering high-impact insights for commercial brands.
The role: Senior Consultant / Account Director
The role is 70% quant, 30% qual, blending innovative methodologies to tackle strategic tracking and customised ad-hoc projects.
Variety is key, and you’ll sink your teeth into diverse projects across brand positioning, segmentation, pricing, CX, brand strategy, advertising testing, voice of the customer, and UX. You’ll partner with both local and international clients, working on multi-market studies across Australia, Japan, Korea, and India in sectors such as tech, finance, fashion, retail, entertainment, and insurance.
Beyond research, you’ll play a strategic role in deepening client relationships—leading projects from pitch to presentation, developing bespoke methodologies, generating actionable insights, and mentoring junior team members. There is uncapped room for growth here and an opportunity to steer your career in the direction you want, working closely with the founder/MD.
Your ability to think commercially, tell compelling stories with data, and build strong client relationships will be key to success.
