Senior Account Director - Quantitative Market Research - Commercial & Social

Job description

This research agency doesn't just make sense of the past and present for its clients; it illuminates the path to their future success.

They have an unparalleled reputation for knowing how to ask the right questions, how to cut through the noise to listen effectively, and how to make the right connections. They work across an impressive mix of government and commercial clients both in the B2C and B2B space.

As a Senior Account Director, you will assume a pivotal role management of a key Government account with which the agency has secured a long-term tender to deliver work.

You will also take the lead on a variety of additional client projects. The specific projects assigned shall be determined based on your strengths and preferences, aligning with the agency's philosophy of enabling personnel to engage in work they find fulfilling.

Irrespective of the client portfolio, the tasks at hand are characterized by complexity and intellectual engagement, demanding a high level of client interaction, and necessitating expertise in quantitative research, as well as proficiency in the art of insight delivery and storytelling. You should also be comfortable guiding and mentoring more junior resources.

So, what will you have?

  • An excellent track record in Quantitative market research/consumer insights
  • Strong awareness of market, product and customer trends and an ability to apply this strategically
  • An ability to get under the skin of a client's business to define key business challenges
  • Excellent delivery skills – be that analysis, report writing, presentations or the facilitation of client workshops

In addition to offering an exceptional opportunity to assume leadership roles within key accounts and become an integral senior figure in a burgeoning enterprise, this role presents the prospect of joining a congenial and supportive work environment characterized by a distinct absence of egos. Here, every voice is accorded respect and consideration, and innovative ideas are consistently encouraged and valued. If you hold in high regard the principles of exemplary work, loyalty, honesty, flexibility, and a company culture that genuinely prioritizes the well-being of its employees, we encourage you to make contact for further information.
