Research Manager - Leading Agile Insights Consultancy

There are 2 new growth roles at Australia’s leading agile insights consultancy that uses customer communities, human-centred design, behavioural science, and cross-cultural insights to ensure their clients keep pace with an evolving Australia.

As a Research Manager you will:
  • Offer clients a full range of market research services – quant, qual and community and cross cultural insights
  • Your hunger for results is surpassed only by your desire to have fun, learn, evolve, and grow.
  • You will work with the biggest and most-forward thinking clients in Australia today including those in health, beauty, transport, grocery, and leisure industries as well as a vast array of government clients.
  • Help design and deliver research programs from proposal writing to insights presentation
  • For quant, designing surveys and overseeing data collecton
  • For qual, moderating fieldwork, both depth interviews, group discussions (online and offline)
  • Leverage strong data analysis skills to uncover crucial insights
  • Demonstrate critical thinking in research design and reporting
  • Foster strong relationships internally and with clients
What you bring:
  • Minimum 2/3 + years in market or social research
  • Contributes to the team, shares skills, and helps others, embracing agency life and broader group culture
  • Focused on providing excellent service to internal and external clients
  • Flexible to changing circumstances and able to handle multiple tasks and shifting deadlines
  • Detail oriented – ensures consistency in documentation and error free
  • Minimum level degree in a business or psychology related discipline
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficient in the use of survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics) and other software analysis tools (e.g. Q) or community-based platforms (e.g. CMNTY)
