Remote working - £35,000 - £43,000 + Benefits
This technology led insights agency utilise custom built technology to deliver their clients insights with pace whilst also being consultative. Joining their specialist client advisory team, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients to help them better understand their customers and how they think and behave. Customer experience programmes has been a key area of focus for them, however there will also be the opportunity to work on a broader range of studies such as new product development and shopper understanding.
They continue to develop new and differentiated tools in both qual and quant areas enabling their clients to connect better with their customers and make more informed business decisions.
As a Research Manager within the business, you will help the team add value to clients through building strategic partnerships and unlocking powerful and impactful insights. You will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the research process from proposal through to survey design and delivery. Although the work leans more towards quant research methods, there will also be the opportunity to develop your expertise in online qual.
