A client-facing consulting role, you’ll be a technically capable and curious researcher. Business savvy, with an aptitude for uncovering and delivering actionable insights straight to decision makers!
Key role responsibilities:
- Work across dozens of categories – telco, retail, QSR, FMCG, building engagement with clients
- Use spend and survey data to find the narrative and present compelling deliverables to clients
- Support several customized, tracking and ad hoc survey research programs
- Develop questionnaires and other research frameworks
- Solve problems with the data to inform brand, communications, CX and innovation of services and products.
- Present and workshop with clients
- Want to be part of something innovative, fun and fast-growing
- Openminded to new technologies
- Have 2-4 years experience in consumer insights, ideally agency experience
- Know you can identify key insights from large datasets
- Love visualizing data in clever and compelling ways
- Aren’t a backroom analyst, but a client facing data strategist
- Can talk quantitative survey data, and have experience with stats packages like SPSS/Q or platforms like Qualtrics/DisplayR
- Love the pace of agency-life juggling deadlines and priorities!
