Quantitative Market Research Manager

Job description

This agency specialises in understanding the intricate relationship between people, brands and culture.
By blending creativity with science, they tap into unconventional thinking across disciplines such as qualitative and quantitative research, neuroscience, branding, and marketing.
Their expertise extends to collaborating with commercial, social, and government organisations, where they shape brand strategies, communications, and campaign tactics to trigger behaviour change and cultural shifts, ultimately driving ROI. With a global presence spanning Australia, Europe, North America, and UAE, their strategic and flexible approach is complemented by an innate curiosity.

As the Sydney team continues to win new business and client accounts, they are excited for a Quantitative Market Researcher to join them and be a part of their growth and success.

We’re looking for analytically minded quantitative researchers that can provide evidenced-based insights that nudge behaviour and drive ROI and growth for an impressive mixture of clients – charities, government departments, NGOs, and commercial brands.
From day one, you’ll be responsible for client management, designing quantitative methodologies (surveys and online communities), data analysis, insight generation, reporting, strategic storytelling, and attending/delivering client presentations. We’re looking for quantitative researchers who have an innate ability to spot patterns in numbers, translate the complex into simplicity and love the pace of agency life.
You’ll love the variety of projects and exposure to new ways of working across brand strategy, customer segmentation, marking strategy, communications, policy evaluation, public polling, predictive analytics, and opinion tracking. In one month, you could be involved in revolutionising water and shark safety, promoting responsible gambling, reshaping financial wealth perceptions, and redefining masculinity within government departments.

Joining the agency means being part of a larger brand and communications agency, which provides the best of both worlds.

They offer a boutique agency culture alongside the advantages, reputation, and benefits of a global industry leader. Notably, the agency is known for its exceptional focus on learning and development, offering mentoring, training, and personalised career development plans. It's an environment that fosters personal and professional growth, encouraging individuals to expand their qualitative and quantitative consulting capabilities.
Moreover, the agency provides incredible benefits, including 22 days of annual leave, hybrid working options, mini-MBAs, engaging social events, stunning water-view offices, on-site baristas, charity days, and more. They are committed to creating an enriching work experience for their employees.
