Our client is a leading Strategy & Insights Consultancy that helps big brands answer big questions. With deep expertise in marketing strategy, they combine cultural understanding, consumer insight and bespoke research to help clients make confident, future-facing decisions.
This new role sits within their specialist qualitative team, where you’ll dive deep into human behaviour, attitudes, and cultural context to uncover what really drives consumers - and how brands can respond.
In this role, you'll:
You’re a cultural sleuth—curious, observant, and driven to understand what makes people tick.
You have experience in a strategic insights agency, and you're comfortable with the core stages of qual research: proposals, discussion guides, fieldwork, facilitation, analysis, and reporting. You may not know it all yet but the fundamentals are there, and you’re hungry to learn, stretch, and grow.
You’ve worked with commercial clients (e.g., FMCG, Retail, Telco, QSR) and understand the pace and rigour that come with it.

- Strengthen and manage client relationships
- Unpack complex business challenges and design tailored qual frameworks
- Work closely with recruiters to set up qualitative fieldwork
- Get hands-on with qual fieldwork – groups, depths, workshops, ethnography
- Run online communities and moderate digital discussions
- Thematically analyse and synthesise data into clear, strategic narratives
- Create high-impact deliverables – from decks and videos to immersive reports
