Qual / Quant Research Exec – Insight and Strategy Consulting

up to circa £38,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Flex working – London / Hybrid

The team forge strong partnerships and work collaboratively with their clients helping them make the best decisions on their communication and engagement programmes. 

Projects broadly fall into 3 categories:

  1. Strategic insight – research with public, stakeholder and opinion formers delivering insight to support corporate and public policy decisions, helping to navigate reputation and brand issues

  2. Comms and Campaign development – helping clients influence opinion and change behaviour

  3. Engagement – helping clients work with their key audiences. Deliberative citizen dialogue and engagement, customer co-creation; stakeholder, opinion-former and colleague engagement.

Already an experienced agency-side researcher (ideally qualitative and quantitative but purely qualitative will also be considered) you will possess the ability to understand your clients on a deeper level. You’ll be expected to understand the wider context of a client issue having a good grasp of the social, cultural and political context. Ensuring the deliverables, insights and strategic advice given to clients is at the highest level is going to be key.
