Project Manager – Leading Brand Transformation Agency

Berkshire/Hybrid (very flex) - £28,000 - £40,000 DOE

This leading brand transformation agency are on the lookout for a new Project Manager to join their UK team and help deliver high impact projects that bridge the divide between insight and creative brand building for high profile consumer clients!

As a Project Manager you will join a team of three (four including you) and work across the whole business – collaborating across teams and clients. You will enjoy variation across research, insight, branding, creative, innovation, design, and due diligence projects, taking a client facing role and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality.

The day to day will include project set up, logistics, obtaining costs from associates, sourcing research and freelance partners, preparing costings for proposals, helping to organise stimulus for insight and workshops, travel arrangements, event organisation, managing online panels, consumer recruitment tasks, desk research, note-taking, writing up findings, screener design and writing, and discussion guide input. You will have access to the most senior people in the business and constantly have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills! 

What will you need?

Excellent organisational skills. You will be efficient, resourceful, and a natural problem-solver who always has a plan b in place.

Top communication skills (written and verbal) and an interest in building commercial relationships with clients.

Be a strong creative thinker – open to new ideas and packed full of opinions about brands, consumers, trends, cultures and categories.

High level IT skills – proficient in PowerPoint, MS word, Excel.

A high level of initiative. The ability to roll with the punches and learn quickly.

An enthusiastic can-do attitude.

Experience working within a brand consultancy or research agency is not essential, but an interest in working in a creative brand- focused environment is a must.
