The role: Insights Project Manager
This role will see you partnering closely with the business's largest account – a leading financial institution. This exceptionally multifaceted position will combine your project management, operations, account management, research and data analysis capabilities to design, deliver, implement exciting and track CX and VoC programmes and projects and improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and UX.

The role: Insights Project Manager

Your days will be a mixture of:
- Client management – building deep, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- End-to-end project management – overseeing the operational delivery of programs, including fieldwork management, questionnaire development, scripting surveys, quality assurance and ensuring that projects are running smoothly to timeline, budget and scale.
- Prior experience in insights, market research, technology, CX, panel platforms or SAAS
- Client management and project management experience, able to keep all plates spinning.
- An inherent interest in insights, technology, and an eye for detail.
- VC and VoC experience is advantageous.
