Insight Director – CX / Brand focused

£65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits – London (1 day a week in office)

Are you a CX or Brand expert keen to stretch yourself and enhance your career?

This research consultancy has a dedicated CX and brand tracking team and are keen to further strengthen their offering with the addition of an Insight Director. You’ll have the opportunity to work on several key accounts (across a diverse range of sectors) as well as contributing to winning and developing client work.

You will have experience of managing all stages of the project lifecycle however it will be your storytelling, project leadership and client management skills that will be most valued in this role.

The consultancy has a track record for tackling clients more strategic challenges and clients have spanned a range of sectors including product brands, Retail, Telecoms, Transport and Government.

More specifically you will have the opportunity to get involved in:

  • Designing and leading on key tracking projects

  • Planning and effectively managing studies

  • Taking responsibility for project financial performance

  • Preparing and delivering client debriefs with an emphasis on future strategy

  • Developing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities

  • Enhancing the agency’s tracking proposition
