London / Hampshire / Remote working - £70,000 - £85,000 + Benefits
This tech led insights group utilise custom built technology to push the boundaries and capabilities of the traditional research and insights industry. As they embark on their next phase of growth, they are focused on bringing new, technology-based products to market generating meaningful real-time insights at speed that rapidly aggregate and analyse data.
Joining their specialist client advisory team, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients to help them better understand their customers and how they think and behave. Customer experience programmes have been a key area of focus for them, however there will also be the opportunity to work on a broader range of studies such as new product development and shopper understanding.
Their roadmap sees them on a journey to continue to develop new and differentiated tools in both qual and quant areas enabling their clients to connect better with their customers and make more informed business decisions.
This Director position will see you leading a team and it’s a pivotal senior role which will directly shape and deliver the business and client services vision. It’s a highly visible role within the business and objectives are centred around building strategic partnerships and driving the company’s reputation and growth opportunities.
In summary key responsibilities are likely to focus on the following key areas:
Accountability and strategic leadership of the team
Help to expand the businesses offering and drive growth
Point of escalation for clients
P&L responsibility for client portfolio
Provide consultative expertise and advisory support for the client and team
Add value on research design, methodology and analysis approaches
Develop client relationships and partnerships
Unlock efficiencies and help to drive new business initiatives
Support new business development on proposals and pitches
Deliver consultancy around solutions and provide advisory support
Lead on people development
