πŸ” Consultant - Senior Consultant - Agility, autonomy, and impact!

Job description

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Join a boutique, purpose-led insights and strategy consultancy that’s redefining how research agencies work. With a reputation built almost entirely on referrals, this agency delivers clear, actionable insights to help brands thrive, all while giving back and donating a portion of profits to charity.
This is a high-growth business built on agility, autonomy, and impact. The model is lean and tech-enabled, and the culture is people-first, with flexibility, progression, and real balance at its core.

Day to day you’ll:
  • Lead research projects end-to-end, from proposal to debrief, across brand, comms, pricing, segmentation, CX, innovation, and more.
  • Use a method-fluid, data-agnostic approach that blends quant, qual, analytics, AI, behavioural science, and emerging tech.
  • Turn complexity into clarity! Distilling findings into decisive takeaways that empower confident decisions.
  • Work across a diverse client portfolio, from FMCG and financial services to health, retail, tech, and QSR.
  • Enjoy a remote-first model, with flexibility in how and where you work. There will be opportunities to connect with clients and colleagues face-to-face when needed.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 2–5 years’ experience in an insights or research agency, with a focus on quantitative methods.
  • Strong track record in managing multiple projects independently, from scoping to delivery.
  • Adaptability and curiosity. You're someone who thrives on variety and can shift gears between sectors and challenges.
  • A self-starter mindset. You are comfortable working autonomously, with initiative and ownership.
  • Ideally, you are based in Melbourne (or Sydney) with flexibility for occasional national travel.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
  • Work with industry leaders and gain exposure across the full project lifecycle.
  • Your voice matters and there are no limits to progression.
  • Enjoy true flexibility and balance. No long hours, no bureaucracy, just good work and good people.
  • Make an impact not only through your insights but through the company’s social purpose and ethical business model.
