Score 61- 80
Overall you are satisfied with most aspects in your job, though some might be falling a little short on expectation. You are generally happy, but there could be scope for improvement.

Our advice: See if you can resolve any issues at work. Perhaps in the background keep a casual eye on what’s out there in the job market, just in case something ‘special’ comes along. There is no pressure or rush, which is sometimes the best time to start thinking about a move.

Score 41-60

Our advice: You should be activley looking for your next job. However, don’t panic as time is still on your side. Research your marketplace and start applying to those jobs that seem to be a good fit to your skills and goals.

Score 20 or under
You are very unhappy with most aspects of your job. This is a critical situation and it is likely to be obvious to others around you.
