The role: Customer and Shopper Insights Executive
The core focus of this role is to deliver the key shopper and customer insights that will drive strategy and inform business decisions across marketing, branding, and sales! Sitting within the Consumer and Insights team, you will have exceptional senior managers training, developing, and advocating for you within the business.
Key to your success in this role is your customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to spot trends and patterns.

Sitting within the Consumer and Insights team, you will have exceptional senior managers training, developing, and advocating for you within the business. You will have the opportunity to get stuck in all elements of the process and projects.
The day to day you will;
• You will be involved in running ad-hoc quantitative, qualitative, and insights projects such as; brand tracking, retail tracking, customer landscape innovation, communications, segmentation, marketing, pricing, packaging, shopper, and innovation
• Oversee and manage key relationships with the research agencies, suppliers, and stakeholder across all levels within the business
• Combine internal sales data, trends, point of sale, scan, and shopper with primary research.
• Deliver reports and insights across the company, including regular reporting, workshopping, infographics, factsheets, and industry news
You must have prior agency or client-side experience within a consumer, shopper, or insights capacity. Equally confident running primary qualitative and quantitative research using secondary data – your focus is to find the insights that drive growth and ROI. An ability to see the big picture, strong communication and presentation skills are essential to succeed here.
