Both the Sydney and Melbourne division seek Consultants with experience in behavior change, qualitative or quantitative research to join them. You'll be involved in:
• Managing a mixed portfolio of client accounts (both commercial and social)
• Proposal writing
• Designing questionnaires, discussion guides, and RCT's
• Research fieldwork
• Data analysis – finding the simplicity in the complex.
• Pulling out insight's and key nudges that drive change
• Writing engaging reports
• Client presenting and stakeholder management
Exposure, expertise, or a passion for Behavioural Economics and behavioral change is a requirement for this job as it underpins all their work.
We're seeking to speak with problem solvers who are humble, empathetic, confident, strategic, passionate, and have a head for detail but can look at the bigger picture and find missing puzzle pieces. You must be confident with presenting information to stakeholders – and translating the complex into the simple.
