Really exciting opportunity within an award winning SaaS firm for a Customer Success Executive/Analyst with strong interest in social media insights!
This consultancy is a global leader in B2B & Societal/Political Influencer Marketing, helping brands understand communities to create strong content. Joining the insights driven Customer Success Team you will be responsible for setting up and optimising influencer platforms for client programs, helping clients identify influencer targets and engagement opportunities, analysing and reporting on insights from the influencer community, and covering social media measurement and brand performance reporting for client campaigns. As such you'll be delivering cutting edge social analysis to a global client base across Tech, Finance, Healthcare, Charity/NGO, Education & Govt with an emphasis on thought leadership, content marketing & employee advocacy.
For this Social Media Analyst position you'll ideally have strong insights/analytical, report writing and client facing skills (exposure to social media data is highly advantageous) - the potential to be impactful with client insight for a marketing/comms audience will ensure your development and progress!
