The role: Director
As the business grows, they are excited to welcome a Senior Researcher / Director to join them. We are looking for a leader and visionary whose experience running all elements of the process from pitch through to final presentation and can see the bigger picture.
Reporting into the Founder of this growing agency, your focus will be on:
• Building and inspiring the team, investing in their growth, development and elevating their thinking
• Oversee client partnerships and immerse yourself into their business
• Partner with the agency's Founder and shape the future direction and drive new technology and research methodologies.
• Tackle strategic and complex client problems, both tracking & ad-hoc!
• Triangulating and weaving together insights that ignite commercial success
• Identifying new business opportunities and convert leads to wins!
This is a part-time role – with the opportunity to work three days a week, or hours spread across five days. Flexibility is paramount; they are focused on the right person.
Your prior experience within a research/insight of a branding agency will set you up for success from day one. You must have proven experience mentoring and inspiring researchers, growing commercial accounts, and solving complex brand and communications problems.
