They are well known for taking an investigative approach to research and utilise the full suite of methods from focus groups, depths, accompanied shops, online, client workshops, communities and ethnography to challenge assumptions and reveal new opportunities for their varied retail client base. By studying people in their own environment, these specialists are able to go beyond what is obvious and reveal people’s true behaviours, attitudes and experiences, thereby ensuring that their clients get the truth about how people shop and value their brands.

With a solid grounding in qualitative research gained on the agency side, you will be accustomed to managing projects from start to finish, with moderation, accompanied shops as well as depths expertise and will have experience in teasing out the story for your clients.
