Client Service Manager – Future-focused Voice of the Customer Consultancy
Homeworking (Post-Covid - 1 day/week in London office) - £40 - £50,000 + good benefits
This future-focused customer experience consultancy creates technology driven, customised platforms and insight solutions that deliver superior return on investment and keeps their clients ahead of the competition.
Their clients really value the depth of knowledge and expertise of the consultancy’s Client Service team - joining this team as a client-facing specialist, you will autonomously manage high-profile clients across a range of customer-centric consumer sectors. Providing agile responses to your client’s needs, you will manage both the commercial and the logistical – planning, defining and prioritising and liaising with your operational colleagues who deal with the technical. Leading from proposal through to insights and recommending actions, this is a role for those who want real ownership and the satisfaction of growing close-consultative client relationships.
Key to success in this role a strong track record in client relationship management – you could have gained this in another market research client service environment, as market researcher, an account manager or a very client facing project manager - what will be common is that in any of these roles your clients will have viewed you as a trusted-advisor. It’s a bonus if you have expertise in customer experience, or any other type of large-scale tracking projects.
You will be self-motivated, consultative in your approach, highly organised, with exceptional communication and project management skills, keen to take your career new direction in a role which offers an excellent salary and ample scope to develop your skills.
With everyone currently working remotely, they envisage a very flexible, ‘hot desk’ type approach when we are able to return to offices, with c.1 day a week in London for team meetings, so as long as you can make it to the city pretty regularly they are open on your location.
With an open culture and ‘start-up’ mentality, everyone has a voice in the business and enjoy close, collaborative relationships – it’s the ideal move for those looking for technology, balance, autonomy and a fun, sociable team!
