The Work:

As a Research Consultant, you will have an exceptional ability to translate data and numbers into insights, recommendations, and stories that drive commercial clients' success in a tangible and simple way! Passionate about technology and innovation, you love exploring new ways of working to ensure that you deliver relevant and impactful insights.

Supported by an elite senior team of quantitative and analytical consultative hats will mentor you, enable you to think outside the box, and give you tools to develop your strategic consulting capabilities further. From day one, you will be hands-on with- client management, survey/questionnaire design, project management, data analysis, reporting, insight generation, critical thinking, and presenting.

Variety is paramount. Partnering with crucial commercial clients within the retail, finance, and technology sector, you will solve ad-hoc problems from – brand tracking, segmentation, employee experience to user experience & customer experience.

The essentials

• Prior commercial research agency experience within a quantitative capacity
• Robust data and technical skills using SPSS, Q, and excel
• Passion for analytics and translating complex numbers into simple solutions.
• A genuine desire to join a collaborative, consultative, and innovative agency environment.

This role will give you all the steppingstones to quickly progress in a highly consultative agency.
