This full-service market agency provides the Australian social research community with access to world-class survey research and evaluation services. Dedicated to using its specialist expertise across social, health and government services, they offer their clients a full range of survey design, survey data management, evaluation statistical consulting, analytical thinking, quantitative and qualitative methodologies. They have an established track record of delivering quality projects to exacting standards and they are acknowledged as a centre for excellence in the provision of social and health research services.
They are currently seeking a Senior Research Consultant to join the business and take the lead on a wide range of projects.
In this senior role, you will have responsibility for helping with the development, design and implementation of a variety of social research projects, covering:
• Australian society
• Education and training
• Health and wellbeing
• Employment transitions and the labour market
• Business and employers
• Marginalised and vulnerable communities.
Fully competent in all stages of the research project cycle, you have strong skills across project and time management, data management and analysis, technical reporting and ideally some experience presenting. Providing excellent client service is key, and you will help to answer difficult questions with practical answers whilst providing high-quality research advice.
You
• A minimum of 4/5 years of research experience (ideally in social research)
• Well-developed quantitative research skills
• Demonstrated expertise in project and client management
