Insight Director – Loyalty Insight Consultancy
Central London (currently homeworking), £60-70,000 + bonus + benefits
This Consultancy of loyalty and customer experience specialists blend industry knowledge with fresh research techniques to deliver insightful strategic solutions to their range of high-profile service clients.
They currently seek a motivated Director, ideally with some financial services experience, to join this dynamic yet well-structured, supportive organisation and lead a team delivering actionable insights to a loyal client base of top financial services clients.
In this client facing role you will be a trusted advisor, consulting with the client to understand their business issues and deliver the best solution to meet their needs. The team will focus on the day-to-day delivery, giving you the freedom to focus on client relationship development and stakeholder management.
You will need to be commercially savvy confident senior researcher and presenter with strong consultancy skills and line management expertise to thrive in this leading independent where everyone has a voice and is listened to.
